My mission is to utilize my skills to provide contract services for attorneys in need of help and guide individuals to resolve conflicts by applying the principles of active listening, complete neutrality, collaboration, and empathy. Conflict is real and it normal to have disagreements. Everyone is not the same and providing these skills to help those learn how to approach the situation in a healthy and productive way has always been a goal of mine. Listening is the key to resolving any conflict and I intend to use my skills as a Mediator to help those in need of resolving their disagreements respectfully and enable them to focus on a productive, mutually agreeable outcome.

I am Certified Senior Paralegal with over 22 years of experience. I hold a Paralegal Certificate from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia, a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justices and Human Services from the University of Phoenix and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, graduating with Honors. I am also currently enrolled in the Sandra Day O'Conner School of Law earning my Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution. I am a Georgia Notary Public and registered with the Georgia Supreme Court as a Civil Mediator.
During my career as a Paralegal and Mediator, I have had the opportunity to provide assistance and support to many individuals and attorneys on a wide range of legal matters, in addition to having in-depth knowledge of legal principles, legal writing, Georgia Law, and legal terminologies. I am adept at doing legal research, drafting legal documents, analyzing and organizing information, and preparing case materials for trial.
I am also very proficient with computers and have comprehensive knowledge about software relevant to the job, including LexisNexis\Westlaw research, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Word Perfect, PC, Law, Practice Master, Time Matter's, Cloud Lex, Trial works, Practice Panther, Clio, database, spreadsheets, internet and several other programs. I can work alone or with a team, depending on the need. I pride myself on my ability to remain self-directed and focused in a fast-paced work environment.
Throughout my career, on several occasion's, I have been commended on my excellent work product, communication, ability to multitask and being a team player. If given an opportunity, I am positive I will be able to make a positive contribution to assisting individuals in settling their differences and provide excellent services to multiple law firms
